Do you give cosmetic quotes without a consulation?

Every body is different! For this reason, we do not give out cosmetic quotes without a cosmetic consultation with Dr. Mecham. Cosmetic consults are $100 (applied to your surgery when you book with us). Call today to get on our schedule!

Do you take insurance?

We currently accept many insurances for breast reductions and breast cancer reconstruction cases only. We do not take insurance for panniculectomies, hernia repair, etc.

What is your waiting time for insurance breast reductions?

We are currently booking insurance breast reduction consultations in mid-2026. We take cosmetic/self-pay breast reductions at any time as cosmetic surgeries.
